Not figuring it out ~ FEELING it out. This morning I sat on my cozy, fuzzy meditation rug at daybreak and lit a stick of incense. Settled in deep. Held by the moment. It's too early to think. It's too early to figure anything out. So I just feel. Feelings just moving all through my body. Breathing and feeling. #morningmeditation
